SHIPPING

What shipping service do you use?

Gold Experience Luxury Boutique currently uses USPS. We ship all of our bags using USPS Priority Mail and require an electronic signature at the time of delivery. Gold Experience is not responsible for any lost or mis-delivered packages via USPS. Please double check shipping information before purchasing.

How long does it take to get my order shipped?

Once we receive your order, we will have your package mailed within 1-2 business days during our business hours. You may contact us anytime while the order is in progress. We ship Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm ET.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not have a free shipping option currently available but are working behind the scenes to offer this in the near future. Stay tuned!

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. However, Gold Experience will help you resell for free. Please see our refund and returns policy here for more information.

ORDERS

How do I know the status of my order?

Once sent, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email confirming your package has shipped with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at goldexperienceluxury@gmail.com and we can inform you of your order’s status.

Can I change my order I just placed?

Please email us within 24 hours and we will try our best to assist you. If your item has already been shipped, we will help you with returns and exchange. We charge a $3 processing fee for adjustments to your order (e.g., payment method, discount DM, etc.).

MISCELLANEOUS

Do you restock items which have already been sold?

Because we offer new items weekly, we typically do not restock our items. We recommend you follow our Instagram page at GoldExpBoutique (@goldexpboutique) • Instagram photos and videos for the latest on the new bags we offer.

Can I post my bag on social media?

We love to see our customers feeling golden with their Gold Experience purchases. Send us a photo of you with your bag tagged with #goldexpboutique. Each month we will feature one photo on our Instagram Page! By sending us your photo, you agree for Gold Experience to use the picture in marketing and social media posts.
