Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

All sales are final. However, I will help you resell to other customers for free. To be eligible for a resell, your bag must be returned in the same condition with the original sales tag from when it was shipped.

To request a resale, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or an order number. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for consignment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once we receive and inspect the bag for consignment, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the bag and will repost the bag to the shop page.
